Requirements:Requires a Bachelor’s of Science degree and certification as a Medical Technologist or Clinical Lab Scientist. Three years Clinical Laboratory experience with experience in Flow Cytometry and/or Hematology preferred. Knowledge in the area of immunology, particularly antibody-antigen relationships and immune cell types is a valuable asset for this position, in addition to an understanding of basic hematology.Prior supervisor experience managing several direct reports preferredKnowledge of quality assurance practices and proceduresUnderstanding of operations as well as policies and proceduresProven ability to problem solve/troubleshoot and provide solutions under minimal supervisionStrong communication skills; both written and verbalAbility to handle the physical requirements of the position**Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per yearAll job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.Benefits:Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
