About the Job:
Taco Bell is looking to hire an experienced paralegal as a domestic franchise paralegal. This role is based in our Irvine, California Restaurant Support Center. This position provides business-focused legal support in the area of franchising and will provide support in the areas of transactions, preparation of our Franchise Disclosure Document, and policy and compliance matters. This position works closely with our franchising, development, finance, accounting, operations, technology, and other functions at the RSC to advise on and support myriad issues relating to franchise relations and other regulatory and policy matters relating to franchising.

Salary Range: $87,100 - $105,000 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
