This role joins a high paced, growing team in the Denver market that provides a lot of exposure to private equity and venture capital.Responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to:Treasury Management (Setting up wires for investments, distributions, invoice payments/ Monitoring Cash flowsRespond to technical LP questionsPreparation of 1099s, journal entries and financial statementsAssist with the Quarterly Reporting to the Limited PartnersHelp facilitate audit and tax processes
