CO Salary Range: USD 90,000.00 - 95,000.00 per yearFund Controller in Denver, CO $90-95KOur client is looking for a Fund Controller to be a part of a fund administrator providing services to investment managers. This role joins a high paced, growing team in the Denver market that provides a lot of exposure to private equity and venture capital.Responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to:Supervision of the audit and tax preparation processAssisting with the preparation of information and data for Capital Calls, Distributions and Allocations to investorsDetailed management and tracking of portfolio company financingsCash flow management and forecastingAssisting with the Quarterly Reporting to the Limited PartnersMaintenance of investor information in third party software systemsSome local travel to Client sites as needed
