The CMG team is focused on expanding Investment Banking’s coverage of corporate clients and sponsor portfolio companies as well as financial sponsors, and provides M&A, financing and other corporate finance solutions to those clients. Our analysts and associates gain meaningful exposure to deal execution and work with founders, sponsors and executives to deliver quality advice and execution across products. The team offers flexibility in terms of industry focus, with the ability to gain exposure to the consumer retail and business services sectors in particular.

QualificationsInvestment banking or equivalent experienceMaster’s Degree and 4+ years of investment banking experience; OR Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of investment banking or equivalent experienceExperience with buy-side and sell-side M&A, equity and debt financing transactions requiredStrong track record of executing M&A and financing transactions in an investment banking advisory role2+ years' experience in leading deal teams of analysts and associatesHistory of outstanding academic and professional achievementExcellent communication and presentation skillsSolid work ethic, motivation level, and strong attention to detailPersonal integrity, initiative and leadership qualitiesCapacity to interact and build relationships with a wide range of people and act as a point of contact
