Proprietary Events Event and Sponsorship:Take full responsibility for the negotiation of sponsorships, ensuring all agreements align with the company’s strategic goals. Lead the process of securing valuable partnerships and negotiate benefits for Diageo that maximize brand visibility and support business objectives. This includes negotiating the terms and deliverables with external partners, ensuring that both parties' expectations are met and aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning.Take the lead in organizing and executing events where luxury brands are the priority, ensuring that all elements of the event reflect the elevated status and high expectations of the luxury market.Brand Experience Focus: Guarantee the delivery of immersive, sophisticated, and exclusive brand experiences for guests, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the luxury nature of the product and reinforces the brand’s prestige.Collaboration with Brand Owners: Work closely with luxury brand owners and stakeholders to ensure the event aligns with their vision, objectives, and market expectations.Collaboration with Core Events Team:Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the core events team to identify and secure opportunities to showcase our brands in high-profile, VIP areas of core brands events and other prestigious events within the luxury sector.Event Synergy: Leverage existing relationships and networks to maximize brand presence and visibility at luxury events, ensuring brand representation aligns with the company’s strategic goals.Additional Responsibilities:Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources without compromising on quality or brand standards.Collect feedback from clients, stakeholders, and partners to evaluate the success and impact of each event, analyzing the return on investment (ROI), customer engagement, and overall brand perception.
