We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Corporate Access professional to join our team in leading & executing various events in the Healthcare sector. As a sector head in the Healthcare sector, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry. Your primary responsibility will be to connect institutional investors with senior executives and decision-makers in healthcare companies.Global Corporate Access’s mission is to bring institutional investors and corporate clients together in ways that add value for both parties. We aim to become a trusted source of information as we help companies gain access and insight to their shareholder base. Our services range from, though are not limited to: discussion around investor relations strategy and programs; shareholder base analysis and targeting; and strategic interactions with investors. We partner with various divisions of Goldman Sachs, including: Equity Sales, Equity Research, Investment Banking / ECM, and we serve as a company’s point of connectivity to the equity markets when underwriting is not involved. Our services include planning non-deal road shows, field trips, and conferences. In addition, we also work with various institutional investors on customized trips to visit corporate managements.
