WHAT YOU’LL DOContingent workers make up a significant percentage of BCGs overall workforce and is a specialist division of HR. As part of the Global Contingent worker PMO team, this will be a key role in supporting CWR operations - onboarding, offboarding, extensions.Key role & responsibilitiesDay to day management of Contingent workers life cycle in FieldglassAdvising internal stakeholders on HR policies and processes relating to contingent workforceOwnership of contingent worker mailbox and slack channelsReporting for key stakeholders as neededWorking closely with functional teams - Finance, IT, procurement etcAssisting with the building and maintaining of the CWR global microsite
