Your Background:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.+8 years of experience in IT Application Management and Service Delivery in large enterprises.Experience and ability to work with virtual delivery teams in various locations and time-zones, and distributed stakeholders.Hands-on experience with DevOps practices.Hands-on with ITIL, service and/or project management methodologies.Knowledge of tools and technologies .Net, Saviynt, ServiceNow, MuleSoft, Azure AD, MySQL is an advantage.Experience in one or more coding languages (JavaScript, C++, Python, .NET).Good to have experience with development platforms (Azure, Salesforce, Pega, Docker, Kubernetes.).Experience with functional domain where the application belongs to. (Engineering, Sales & Marketing, R&D).Understanding of software development lifecycles.Strong ability to understand context for code, the codebase, and its relation to business objectives.Ability to work both independently and in a team.Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing.Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.Growth mindset and a willingness to learn new skills, technologies, and frameworks.Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.Apply now
