About the RoleThe Growth & Operations Coordinator role is part of our Northern Europe rides organization. Together with the GM for Belgium, this role is responsible for making Uber a success in Belgium and helping our business in this market grow.This is a hands-on and individual contributor role where you’ll use sound business judgment, operational knowledge and a customer obsessed mindset to deliver to navigate an array of initiatives to drive growth and improvements for the Belgian business.What the Candidate Will Do:You will work within the wider Northern Europe Rides Operations team to support primarily the growth efforts in Belgium. This may include helping to improve the driver onboarding process, finding new growth opportunities, and improving engagement and satisfaction of existing riders and drivers.You will act as the local implementation lead for our global and regional programs.
