Team and Role Overview
The Global GTM Planning and Operations team’s vision is to support Cloudflare’s high growth through scaleable and optimized process framework and governance. We intend to drive thoughtful centralized planning of Sales capacity, Segmentation,Territory carving, Quota setting, Compensation design and ensuring clear Roles of Engagement across the Field roles. We are a growing and maturing team and intend to establish a cohesive, consistent optimal process framework that can support high growth and optimized resource plan.
We are looking for a driven, detailed, and organized professional that can help us improve operational excellence with our Data Operations function. In this role, you will have the opportunity to become an expert in our data and systems that directly support our field and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a sales operations, or analyst function, ideally within a SaaS company. The right candidate seeks to maintain master data harmony in a systematic, sustainable, and responsible way that supports scale and acceleration for the organization. You will establish a strong collaboration with teams across the GTM organization. In your role you will work to execute against the Processes, Policies and Standards to enrich Customer and Contact data supporting scale, efficiency and trust with key stakeholders.
Lastly, the candidate should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and with teams across multiple time zones.
