You will be an integral part of efforts to improve tracking and analyzing hardware failures, root-causes, and identifying recommendations based on insights and data for component changes, refreshes, and replacements. You will support the implementation of solutions, while leveraging creative capabilities, data, and infrastructure across the various Link products.

In this role, your key responsibilities will be:Provide support of the architecture, design, and evolution of our hardware platform, working and liaising with internal Engineering and external vendorsEnsure the tight integration and compatibility of hardware and mechanical components within CityBridge’s product portfolio; particularly across software, operations, administration, and consumer experienceReview and enhance toolkits and standards of practice to maximize repair consistency, compatibility, modularity, and re-use while supporting innovation and maximizing operational efficiencyAssist with the sourcing of hardware solutions including vendor identification, selection, and sharing design specifications, as well as testing prototypes and production componentsProvide Operations support and liaise with the Engineering team to assist in manufacturing review to deliver designs and solutions to meet schedule, budget, functionality and quality requirementsSupport the continuous improvement of new and existing hardware based on feedback from internal & external stakeholders, field operations, and the identification and resolution of technical challengesProvide support to ensure the compliance with all appropriate industry and government standards and certificationsProvide technical hardware support for Operations Field Repair & Maintenance activities as well as hardware repair & refurbishment activitiesKey Skills & Qualifications,B.S/B.Eng. in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experienceMinimum 4 years experience in an electrical or embedded product engineering environmentStrong problem analysis and resolution skillsStrong knowledge of prototyping and testing methodologies, particularly as applied to hardwareAbility to summarize and communicate complex technical informationAbility to work with and influence stakeholders at all levels across the organizationExperience with project management for new product introduction and rollout in an engineering environmentExperience in manufacturing and sourcing, including knowledge regarding trade complianceStrong knowledge of product design and developmentStrong data analysis skills; ability to identify trends and drive business decisions through dataAt Intersection, we celebrate every voice that makes us unique, and every perspective that makes us grow.
