Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Finance will have overall fiscal responsibility for eMoney Advisor. In addition, this role is responsible for the management of Accounting, Facilities, Finance, ePMO and legal teams. This position has multiple lines of accountability. Primary responsibility is to the eMoney leadership team, but also has accountability to Fidelity leadership teams across Devonshire Investments, Fidelity Wealth Technology and ultimately the eMoney Board. The salary range for this position is $240,000 - $346,000; commensurate salary to be determined based on skills, professional background and expertise. This position is also eligible, pursuant to applicable eMoney policies, for the annual bonus program, retirement contributions, health insurance, sick leave, parental leave and paid time off.
