With 100+ Locations opening around the globe, we have multiple job opportunities at any given time.This position will lead the Operations of a location for Selina, reporting to the Country Operations Director or Cluster General Manager depending on the structure of the Country. With full P&L responsibility, they will deliver commercial, financial and operating results for the location they are leading, aligned with the company'’s goals and strategies. The role will oversee a full Location Operations Team, covering all departments among which include: rooms, food and beverage, maintenance, and experience. The role will also have an active involvement in commercial, finance and human resources activities to achieve the goals set. Decisions will be made with co-approval of the Manager.
