Hudson River Trading (HRT) is looking for a HR Analytics Specialist to join our People Operations (POps) team. You’ll work with the People Analytics team to analyze and present firm-wide data to drive data-driven decisions. You’ll use your expertise and customer-focused approach to validate and audit data, create automations, and create reports and dashboards.The ideal candidate has expertise with data, excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data findings into understandable insights. Additionally, the ideal candidate is collaborative in nature and can contribute to team objectives in a dynamic environment. Qualifications
Annual base salary range of $115,000 to $150,000. Pay (base and bonus) may vary depending on job-related skills and experience. A sign-on and discretionary performance bonus may be provided as part of the total compensation package, in addition to company-paid medical and/or other benefits.
