The Experience:Our undergraduateFC Human Resources Internshipis a hands-on 10-week opportunity to apply your classroom knowledge, passion for human resources, and drive for employee engagement in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Over the course of the program, you will immerse yourself in the core functions of HR—from onboarding and employee relations to talent development and HR data management—while actively participating in the daily operations of our Fulfillment Center.
