Your Responsibilities:Delivering and deploying HSE /SCC training, reviews and performance improvement programs to assigned countries and people.Contributing to assessing emerging trends and legislation in HSE and communicates relevant information on legal • requirements within area of expertise, supports constituent countries to operate in compliance with standards.Providing analysis of SCC data and reports, able to rollout new initiatives define KPI’s.Cooperating across functions and with business partners to raise awareness and drive performance, engages with stakeholders to build commitment and credibility.Contributes to driving continuous improvement, adopting or developing standard processes and tools. Through delivery of initiatives and support to the Local Operating Units in line with HSE plan Audit, Inspections etcIn depth knowledge on hazard, risk and opportunities. Able to collect hazard and near miss reports, analyze and reports to management.Represents function as a member in safety collaboration forums,Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.Your Background:Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field with minimum 6-10 years of experience in a HSE function, With overseas global experience.Knowledge on Electrical Safety worked in Power / Substation /Generation /renewable industry projects.Excellent knowledge of HSE regulatory requirements (e.g. Legislation, ISO 45001, ISO14001).Knowledge on Power BI, Share Point, Microsoft Forms is added advantage.Capable of working autonomously with remote and global teams and delivering in complex working environments.Proficiency in English language.Apply now
