Supporting the HR and administrative functions of our manufacturing facilityPayroll Processing and Reporting (Including Manual Payroll Adjustments) for hourly associatesCorrespond with associates and relevant parties to resolve payroll issuesTime & Attendance Calibration w/ managers to ensure accuracyFacilitate and/or Support New Hire Onboarding Process & NEW contractor preparationSecurity Access Badges CoordinatorMan candidate pre-employment testing processManaging relationships with applicable vendors and service providersMeeting/Event coordination, logistics and communicationArrange travel and accommodations as needed/requiredTraining Tracking & ReportingReviewing, organizing, processing and prioritizing incoming and outgoing mailTracking monthly budgets, processing invoices, and providing appropriate follow-up on payments through SAP and KOBuyPerform monthly P-Card reconciliation for departmentEnsure office supplies are adequately maintained and create KO Buy shopping carts to order office suppliesProvide support for A/P and P-Card transactions to address special needs and/or emergency situationsPerforming administrative tasks such as correspondence, expense reporting, document retention & filingMaintaining Plant/HR Function CalendarAssisting with ad hoc projects and assignmentsEducationBachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resources or related field highly desirableMinimum, High School Diploma, General EducationRelated Work ExperienceAt least 3 years relevant work experience in a high demand support roleKnowledge of Kronos and SAP are strongly preferredExcellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Outlook are requiredStrong attention to detail and ability to organization self are keys to success in this role
