Will consider an additional 6 years' work experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.Healthcare industry experience required.5+ years of related experience in customer-facing technical service or support, including experience with implementing/integrating software systems required.Exposure to middleware, VMWare, or virtual machines required.Experience with relational databases, SQL scripts, or similar programs required.Ability to troubleshoot networking protocols and issues required.Capability to teach technical courses and present information preferred.Experience integrating nurse call and/or patient monitoring systems preferred.Knowledge of IP based PBX systems, wire/wireless VoIP and SIP trunking preferred.Live in either Pacific or Mountain Standard time zone required.Ability to travel 10-20%.$83,000 - $176,800salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location.
