Responsibilities:Responsible in Inbound Freight Management for ANZ AIR & OCEAN (Cold chain, Heavy air freight, FCL/LCL)Identity potential shipment delays and liaises with all related external and internal stakeholdersPreparing customs documents and permits for import clearance process on timeAir/Ocean Freight Transport scheduling into DCMaintain and update inbound shipment reports dailyMonitoring Inbound deliveries date and update in SAP with a timely mannerReview shipment bookings and manage cost within monthly rate agreementsFrequent Meeting with 3PL providers on service performance review and continuous service improvementProject Support to regional transportation team as required (International Transports)Manage high volumes of critical medical freights day-to-dayPrepare Freight Quotation as requiredLiaise with suppliers/freight forwarders for lead times, monitor delays and follow up.Export of goods to customers/ Returns to factory in overseas as requiredPreferred Requirements:3+ years of related experience /in role within International Shipping / Imports / Freight forwardingExperience using SAP R/3, ERP system with Excel intermediate (Essential)Previous experience working with freight forwarders and 3PLHigh-level of organisational skills, ability to prioritise, and multiple tasksExcellent time management and able to work autonomouslyHigh level of written and verbal communication skillsA highly motivated team player with demonstrated ability to deliver outcomesClick on apply if this sounds like you!Becton, Dickinson and Company is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
