Execute a wide range of local partnerships and community initiatives

Prioritize and pursue high impact opportunities for driving usage and engagement; aligning and managing in market execution cross-functionally with key global stakeholders; including Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Brand, Comms, Legal and Policy

Surface local feedback and insights to strengthen product / market fit that will help shape Snap’s success in Indonesia

Provide local insights around Snapchat’s product functioning and localisation needs to ensure it’s well adapted for Indonesia

Minimum Qualifications

BA or BS degree

8+ years experience focused on driving user growth in matrixed organizations and / or startups

5+ years work experience based in Indonesia, with a deep understanding of the consumer, the local market, the local tech and AR / communication / content ecosystem scene

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and at all levels of the organization

Full professional fluency in Bahasa and English

Preferred Qualifications

Strategic mindset with distinctive problem solving skills, thrive in a test & learn approach, ability to derive actionable insights, and take high level of ownership and accountability

Strong track record in business development with pre existing relationships with relevant prospective partners in Indonesia

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

MBA or relevant Masters degree
