This also encompasses Industry 4.0 initiatives and digitalization. The industrialization engineer will work with all site functions as well as R&D centers, who can lead PCBA automation design reports covering Industry 4.0 systems, OT networks, control networks and systems architectures. He/She implements measures to reduce costs, improve quality, reduce rework, and increase productivity.
