Assist with general needs for the overall program, including supporting with administrative tasks and coordinating various workstreams with internal teamsReview and evaluate contest submissions based on established criteriaAssist in organizing and categorizing entries for further analysisProvide detailed feedback and insights on submissions to help refine the selection processCollaborate with the team to ensure all submissions are reviewed efficiently and accuratelyParticipate in team meetings and contribute ideas and solutions for improving the contest process if neededSupport the creation of reports and presentations summarizing the review process and key findingsHandle administrative tasks related to the contest, such as tracking deadlines and managing communication with participantsQualifications:Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldStrong interest in advertising and creative industriesExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsSolutions oriented with a can-do attitudeAbility to analyze and provide constructive feedback on creative workProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital tools and platformsStrong written and verbal communication skillsSelf-starter who takes initiative with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a teamAvailability to work Monday through Friday between 9 AM to 5 PMPrevious Internship experience is a plus
