KRCG Jefferson City, Missouri is seeking a Broadcast/IT Engineer. This position involves maintaining broadcast equipment, computers and servers related to television transmission and video automation systems, as well as business-side workstations. The candidate will be directly responsible for hands-on support of modern broadcast and IT equipment.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Maintain and repair cameras, video production switchers, audio equipment, video routers, automation/editing systems, video server systems, graphic systems, display systems, fiber networks, and satellite receivers.Provide support in the management of servers, network security, and network servicesPC hardware/software support of on-site installation, service, troubleshooting, and repairing of workstationsProvide support for the technical needs of the News DepartmentProvide first response support as needed to maintain live news broadcastsAssist with video equipment set-up and maintenanceAssist with LAN and WAN related hardware and software maintenanceApply regular security updatesPerform physical inventory of equipmentAssist in fleet managementAssist in media managementAssist in building maintenance and scheduling of maintenanceHelp maintain digital telephone systemOther duties may be assignedOther Qualifications and Requirements:
