Liaise with customers and stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into technical requirementsWork with key Business stakeholders to define a product road-mapManage product backlog and prioritize them based on changing needsOversee all stages of product creation including design and developmentDevelop epics, enhancements and user-stories to be delivered via Agile delivery methodologyMonitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the processManage virtual teams and ensure they are delivering in line with product road-mapManages operations (day to day activities of product delivery) this includes but is not limited to issue resolution, defect fixes and enhancementsYour background:At least 8 years of experience working in the IT function (minimum 3 years in ServiceNow SecOps)Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow Security Operations modules and data driven solutions in ServiceNowDegree in software engineering, computer systems, or similarServiceNow Systems Administrator certification requiredITIL Foundation certificate requiredDemonstrated experience in dealing with business stakeholders, understanding their requirements and translating them to functional specificationsDemonstrated experience in defining product roadmaps and managing delivery of capabilities inline with the defined roadmapDemonstrated experience in working collaboratively in geographically dispersed teamFluent spoken and written English, ability to formulate complex topics in everyday languageApply now
