Collaborative partners.People who build and leverage cross-functional relationships to bring together ideas, data, and insights to drive continuous improvement in functions.What You Will DoLead solution development and implementation for new systems and enhancements and participate in defining technical standards for the specialty area, following Stryker’s Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) framework and processes.Be responsible for all architectural design aspects within the PTC Windchill area and maintaining knowledge of new technologies within the PTC Windchill area, writing specifications, and developing architectural concepts and artifacts.Provide guidance and mentoring to other Solution Leads and Solution Analysts within the team or same project/program and provide consultation on complex projects as the top-level specialist.Develop best practice, processes, and standards for effectively carrying out data migration activities.Work with subject matter experts and project team to identify, define, collate, document, and communicate the data migration requirements, design, plan, procedure, transformation, and testing/validation.Identify opportunities to improve the systems process flow, performance and technical efficiencies while delivering activities on budget, leveraging time on value-driven activities and ensuring external resources meet contractual deliverables.Be able to support the business and recommend/provide holistic solutions that integrate the existing technical standards with the business needs and processes.Formulate deployment strategies to ensure reliability and scalability for Stryker systems.Assess technological risks that could jeopardize the growth and/or operations of the organization; makes recommendations on applications retirement.Demonstrate expertise in a variety of the systems development concepts, practices, and procedures.What You NeedBachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in the areas of Computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent technical field of study required.Master’s degree in MIS, MBA or related technical disciplines preferred.8+ years of professional experience required.5+ years of experience in leading resources for projects required.Deep understanding and knowledge of the Windchill architecture and major modules (configuration, processes, integration, migration including add-on products) as well as the current/future Windchill product portfolio strategy required.Experience with Enterprise PLM/Windchill architecture, data modeling, integration, data migration, implementation, customization, and testing/validation required.Experience with Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM) and other migration tools, Windchill systems consolidation, Windchill implementation, and Windchill administration required.Experience in Windchill Document Management, Change Management, Design Control, Product Registration, DHF/DMR, CAD/Part/BOM Management required.Experience and demonstrated understanding of global system rollouts - strategy, planning, vendor selection and implementation planning required.Experience in managing and guiding large implementation teams while ensuring quality of delivery and stringent timelines required.Experience working with executive business stakeholders as required.Experience with process mapping, documenting complex processes and presenting them in a clear and understandable format is required.Knowledge of UDI, ESI TIBCO, SUMA, eSignatures using 21 CFR part 11, and ThingWorx preferred.Extensive knowledge of medical devices and/or pharmaceutical industry and basic knowledge of adjacent areas in terms of processes, organization, products, and IT requirements preferred.$109,000.00 - 203,000.00salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location.
