Join the Mizuho team as an ITAM Analyst!In this role you will work closely with different IT infrastructure groups to capture and maintain their hardware asset data throughout assets' lifecycle. This includes providing help and support to various teams to facilitate procurement, onboarding, tracking and offboarding of hardware assets. . You will be responsible to maintain the asset data in Mizuho hardware asset management tool so that right decisions can be made at the right time.You will also work collaboratively across the IT department to coordinate the upgrade or decommissioning of EoL/EoS hardware assets.Qualifications3-5 years of experience in IT hardware asset management spaceExperience with managing EoL/EoS of IT hardware assets on a timely and efficient mannerFamiliarity with IT hardware asset refresh processes including working with external vendorsSufficient understanding of hardware contracts with third party vendorsExperience with the HAM module in ServiceNowBachelor of science in Computer Science, MIS or related fields
