What you will do :Take care of your own client portfolio which will be made up of German VIP customersUncover sales opportunities to help grow your accounts whilst also reducing potential risks of contraction/churnGather customer product feedback to help shape and define the product roadmapHelp your client’s to optimise their set up with Aircall & other tools (don’t worry, we will get you up to speed on this!)
What you will do :
What we are looking for :You have 1-3 years experience in managing accounts in a similar environment as a CSM or previous sales (BDR/SDR) experienceFluency in German and English are a mustExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDelivering proactive and dedicated customer serviceComfortable managing multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast paced environment with easeBachelor’s or Master’s degree (nice to have but not required)
