What you will doYou will communicate directly with our (sub)merchants and be the first point of contact for every-onboarding related matterPerform KYC checks on sub-merchants, collect and verify relevant documentation and iterate on the process flowBe an internal product advocate, track product processes and contribute to the platform feeding back feedback and issues you get back from merchantsBe an internal advisor for onboarding related questions in the local officeWho you areYou have a great sense of responsibility and you take ownership for your workYou have a natural tendency to be curious and think outside of the boxYou are a great communicator with a strong team spirit, not afraid to step out of your comfort zoneYou have an analytical and critical mindsetYou get a sense of achievement from solving operational problems and helping othersYou have an affinity for Onboarding/KYC/CDD and operational processes and you are interested in learning more about it; Experience in KYC/CDD field is a plusYou can speak and write English fluently; additional languages will be considered a plusYou are able and willing todo a rotating weekend (including bank holidays) shiftOur Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitmentsOur unique approach is a product of our diverse perspectives.
