WHAT YOU’LL DOAs a Knowledge Director (KD) within BCG’s Global Advantage Practice Area, you will be a key contributor towards the strategic agenda for the Geopolitics and Trade Impact topic. You will grow and deploy a team of 4+ experts to provide value added support to the business and be responsible for team’s performance across all KPIs (case billability, quality, content creation, etc.). You will also take ownership for the team’s development and career progression.Additionally, you will directly contribute to cases, proposals, client workshops based upon your own extensive experience in the domain. We also drive BCG’s growing IP around geopolitics and trade, including proprietary tools, publications, background materials, and curated project work (“case work”, in BCG parlance).As a Knowledge Director, you will collaborate with global topic leads and colleagues across BCG to bring expertise and capabilities to the service of our internal and external clients.
