Infosys Public Services is Currently looking for aLabor Project Manager.Position Description (brief narrative):The Project Manager will oversee large Labor system implementations and projects, such as Unemployment Insurance (UI) Tax, Benefits, and Appeals, Paid Family Medical Leave (PFML), Workforce, Disability, or Industrial Affairs. This position will be responsible for working in a fast-paced environment focused on ensuring the project team provides quality services within time and budget for our clients.Scope of Work:Managing software implementations from contract execution to post-production, to ensure successful completion on time and within budget.Developing the project schedule, detailed work plans, project estimates, and resource plans including determining and acquiring needed resources.Supporting the project team to ensure deliverables are deployed on time with the highest quality standards.Communicating project status internally, to the project team, and externally with the customer and any other involved parties regularly.Managing work team activities, risks, and commitments within the constraints of time, cost, and quality while maintaining an intense focus on customer satisfaction.Conducting meetings with project teams and vendors as needed.Working collaboratively with internal resources to ensure we meet/exceed productivity targets.Ensuring the successful completion of the project on schedule and within budget.Required Skills:
