In this role, the respective individual will work with Cross-functional teams to drive system enhancement and process improvement initiatives, prepare key analytics, benchmarking and research reports to analyze the business implications of employee compensation & benefits related initiatives and identify strategic HR interventions, guide teams on deployment of HR, track and ensure compliance.QualificationBasicBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 6 years of relevant work experience with Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of relevant work experience with Master’s degreeLocation for this position is in Richardson, TX. Candidates must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to this area.
