Location:Brisbane AustraliaSalary:AUD 127,971-141,157 Annual GrossPlease Note: - The above salary range is only indicative and maybe subject to suitable enhancements, based on internal company processes.We are seeking a skilled SAP Solution Architect with extensive experience in managing different SAP solutions, with a strong understanding of overall SAP principles and practices.Primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions resulting in client delight.As a Solution Architect, lead the engagement efforts at different stages from problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development & deployment in large S/4 HANA transformation programs.Create detailed design and architecture, and process artifacts, implement the solution and the deployment plan.Connect with senior client business and IT stakeholders, demonstrating thought leadership in domain, process, and technology.Contribute to Unit and Organizational initiatives and COEsConduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organizations financial guidelinesDefine, Design and Delivery SAP Architectural designsWork with multiple stakeholders to drive new business opportunities within the existing account base as well as supporting new customer acquisition activities as assigned.Play a crucial role in understanding the current client landscape, design and architecture and identifying improvements delivering end-to-end solutions.Providing insights and guidance on how client can continue to improve and respond to the changing landscape.Enter a partnership arrangement with client aligned with their values and provide innovative solutions to focus on the end-goals of the enablement of process refinement, cost savings and automation.Evaluate enterprise-wide SAP application systems and develop detailed analysis reports and recommendations for business-critical systems.Work across functional support areas to tune SAP Applications for optimal performance.Additional Responsibilities:Ability to lead large programs and diverse teams across the geographiesAbility to lead and present proposals and solutionsStrong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skillsStrong analytical and decision-making skillsExperience in working in Global delivery model (GDM)Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitabilityAbility to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutionsAwareness of latest technologies and Industry trendsTechnical and Professional Requirements:Minimum 12+ years of experience in SAP.Advanced level of SAP technical knowledge across a deep set of foundational technologies as well as at least one specific SAP technology at the Mastery level of competency.Good understanding and knowledge on Energy solutions and infrastructure.In depth knowledge and experience in any of the SAP modulesFICO, Procurement, ARIBA, EHS, PPM, SD, FG, BW4HANA, ABAP.Experience in latest technologies involving BTP, Fiori/UI5, Analytics cloud and datasphere.Significant hands-on SAP experience in on premise cloud and public cloud solutionsarchitecture.Lead the development of innovative solutionsExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Working experience of Agile/Activate Project MethodologyEducational RequirementsBachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.SAP certifications are a plus.All aspects of employment at Infosys are based on merit, competence and performance.
