Our customer ratings have earned Freshworks products TrustRadius Top Rated Software ratings and G2 Best of Awards for Best Feature Set, Best Value for the Price, and Best Relationship.Job DescriptionJob DescriptionFreshworks is looking for a dynamic Lead - HR operations, (also known as an HCM project manager, HRIS Systems manager, or HR Project Manager), to drive transformational initiatives in the landscape of HR technology and lead cross-functional projects in a fast-paced global work environment.Your role and responsibilities:Actively engage in steering cross-functional projects and programs involving change management in the landscape of HR technology.Ability to partner with Senior leadership in HR and the business whilst driving the functional transformation projects in HRDeep understanding of HR processes throughout the employee life cycle and internal HR data requirementsDesigning future processes and solutions: defining a clear vision for end-to-end process that enhances HR process optimization and deliveryAbility to create deep working relationships across functionals, geographies, and lines of businessesDesign, recommend, and implement HR operations programs and processesEnsure departments throughout the organization are working effectively as a team and collaborating as necessary to meet organizations goals and needsBuild and maintain effective partnerships and collaborative relationships with employees throughout the organizationPlan, organize, and coordinate HR projects and initiatives using project management approachMaintain and communicate internal HR policies; manage the personnel files and completion of employee-related legal documents; stay on top of changing laws both local and nationalQualifications10+ years of experience in Human Resources, including experience in HRIS and/or Project Management at a fast-paced technology companyBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field requiredExperience using ADP Workforce Now and Oracle CloudVersatility, flexibility, and the ability to work within a constantly changing environmentStrong communication skillsSolid understanding of employment law, organizational development, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information SystemsStrong ability to manage HR projects and deliver outcomes on a timely manner and with a sense of urgencyResourceful, detail-oriented and results-drivenExperience working in a hybrid work environment, with the ability to work in an office setting (3 days at the San Mateo office).Additional InformationFreshworks offers multiple options for dental, medical, vision, disability, and life insurance. The base pay for this role is expected to be between $103,000 and $167,000.
