Develops system documentation for the RCSA (Risk & Controls Self-Assessment) module. Supports the change management program and partners with the RCSA Quality program to improve record completeness and accuracy.Performs user system testing, policy and procedure quality control, and developing efficiencies for oversight controls.Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
