The channels' Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new partnerships & expanding existing ones, identifying potential partners, sales enablement of the assigned Panel Builders channels, and managing the channels to achieve sales targets.This position is accountable for providing ongoing support to high-value Partners. Implement business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships and identify new revenue opportunities with major accounts.Develop sales forecast, budget and business with the assigned Partners.Defines markets, market potentials and appropriate sales strategies for the Channels.Partners with Panel Builders to plan strategies, provide quality service and provide the support necessary for the attainment of partners' goals and objectives.Anticipates obstacles and identifies alternative strategies.Formulates, communicates, implements, and evaluates strategic and tactical sales plans.Monitors outside sales performance.Provides development activities necessary to ensure the successful execution of plans.Maintains active relationships with Schneider Electric Panel Builders. Negotiates discrepancies between Panel Builders' expectations and SE’s.Negotiate and construct appropriate terms of sales.Build positive working relationships with assigned Panel Builders to maximize product sales within the channel base.Manage existing Panel Builders and recruit new partners for sales growth.Coordinate with partners to identify key sales opportunities to generate revenue.Resolve partners' related issues and sales conflicts.Develop and review sales proposals with partners.Develop partners' specific sales and marketing plans to increase marketing and selling efforts.Manage daily sales activities with Panel Builders to achieve revenue objectives.Coordinate with partners to develop a joint business plan to mutually agree with business objectives.Perform business reviews and recommend improvements.Manage sales activities and maintain sales records and reports.
