We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Architect to join our team at Converse. As a Lead Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and innovative solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, enabling Nike to deliver personalized and engaging customer experiences across multiple channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, develop solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.Responsibilities:Design and implement scalable and innovative solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platformCollaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutionsEnsure seamless integration with existing systems and third-party servicesPerform configuration necessary based on business requestsStay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our systems and processesWe are open to candidates in the following locations: Atlanta, Beaverton, BostonRequired Skills:Bachelor Degree or a combination of relevant education, training and experience8+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a focus on solution architecture and technical leadershipExpertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud products like Journey builderExperience with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns, including REST and SOAP APIsCertification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, such as the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or Architect certificationUnderstanding of some performance marketing tools like Feedonomics or Tealium are nice to have but not requiredWe are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment for all employees and job applicants.
