We are seeking Back End Software Engineers who are passionate about marrying data with emerging technologies. As a Capital One Software Engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to be on the forefront of driving a major transformation within Capital One.Team Info:The applications that we work on enables customers to upload the documents and validate against data integrity with the back end systems. We design, build, and own document upload APIs (Java/Spring Boot) that support the Capital One customers, and we leverage the AWS infrastructure to host the services. The key project underway is to converge legacy doc upload to new doc upload platform. Our CI/CD pipelines are implemented on top of Jenkins and deployed to AWS. Some of the other technologies we have in our ecosystem are Docker, ECS/Fargate, S3, Lambdas, and ALBs. The team is organized as an agile team working in the SAFe construct and runs daily standups, 2-week sprints, and plans work with the rest of the platform in 3-sprint product increments.
