Required qualifications, capabilities, and skillsFormal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experienceHands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.Proficient in python/Java scripting languageExperience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages (Python/Java or other) and database querying languageExperience in applied AI/ML engineering, with a track record of deploying business critical GenAI, machine learning models in production.Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, mobile, etc.).Experience with Public Cloud services in Production (AWS or other).Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or other).Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independentlySolid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and SecurityPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsFamiliarity with modern front-end or back-end technologies.Experience with any of GitHub, GitHub Actions, Artifactory, Terraform Cloud, Slack, Grafana, SonarQube is considered a plus.Proficient in coding in one or more languages.Experience in designing and implementing AI/ML/LLM/GenAI pipelines.Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in the latest AI/ML/LLM/GenAI research, implement cutting-edge techniques, and leverage external APIs for enhanced functionality.
