Job DescriptionWhat you’ll doExecute global transformation of Gas Power Sourcing processes to increase team productivity and business performance of profit and cash.Execute global ERP process standardization and harmonization activities for Gas Power Sourcing, including satellite system integration initiatives.Actively communicates to all impacted parties on project execution and risk mitigation status.Owns, drives and maintains KPI’s.Proactively leads issue resolution process with IT support teams; proposes and initiates improvements; supports development activities and works closely together with process owners, development leaders and end users.Drive productivity, quality improvement, and cost savings through all phases of project execution.Coordinates lean project execution.Execute ERP/satellite system rollout, change and integration activities for Gas Power Sourcing: submits design requirements; leads master/transactional data and controls (DoA) availability; delivers supplier communication, testing execution and trainings.Assure proper documentation of transactional and master data generated through the project life cycle and/or tasks consistent with policies and procedures.What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or collage in technical or business-related fields.Significant experience in relevant Supply Chain field/Initiatives/Project Management.Demonstrated ERP knowledge in Supply Chain-related modules with additional hands-on experience.Fluent English knowledge is essentialDemonstrated management and project leadership skills.Demonstrated ability to lead change.Demonstrated ability to apply Lean principles (Standard Work, Daily Management, Problem Solving, Bowlers, etc.).Strong negotiation, prioritization, problem solving and conflict management skills.What will make you stand outFluent Hungarian knowledge is a great plusAbility to influence cross-functionally.Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills.Strong quality mindset.Distinctive clear thinking, inclusiveness, and external focus.Ability to operate independently, self-starter.Ability to work effectively with global cross-functional teams.Additional Notes:Successful applicant will be legally eligible to enter into an employment relationship under the laws of HungaryThis is a hybrid role with three days remote and two days in the office.Additional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided:No
