Manage Leads and Customer RequestsManage leads with a focus on contract renewals and upselling recurrent business.Grow and manage a portfolio of proximity accounts, including end-users, electrical contractors, OEMs, panel builders, and distributors.Prioritize the sale of service plans and turnkey projects to meet or exceed sales targets.Handle inbound calls and emails to support the existing customer base.Maintain up-to-date knowledge on cross-selling tactics and service offerings.Build strong collaboration with field sales representatives and Inside Sales counterparts.Contribute to Inside Sales Best Practice development and mentor newer team members.Develop new contact points and potential accounts via demand generation activities, campaigns, and marketing activities.Quote and close deals for standard services (e.g., spare parts, renewal contracts).Cultivate relationships with uncovered accounts and upsell opportunities.2.
