In this role you are responsible for the delivery of process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives at site level with the goal of establishing a continuous improvement culture.What you do on a typical dayCreate data analysis to identify potential Continuous Improvement Projects in operations, product quality, organizational, supply chain, maintenance, or safety as long as it is based on the Lean and 5S approachDevelop key control parameters for imbedding the changing in the process and work methodsCollect information, import data into the tool, report it to the direct Manager and decide on the savings, which can be madeDesign a plan for Continuous Improvement training and communication at operational levelPrepare presentations, train the site personnel, attend professional seminars and then conduct trainings to the plant employees later, like in Lean and 5SLead Kaizen, LEAN and 5S workshops togehter with our Learning and Development colleagues
