About the TeamThe Value Enablement and Adoption team is seeking a Learning Program Manager to be part of their Global Training and Onboarding team. As part of the VEA team, this position plays a vital role in helping EPIC U Krewers develop and grow to achieve their highest potential The Learning Program Manager will assist in the strategy, design, and implementation of effective New Hire learning experiences for EPIC employees.About the RoleKey Responsibilities:Employee Onboarding and Mentorship Programs: Manage comprehensive onboarding and mentorship programs to ensure new hires and existing employees are effectively integrated and supported.Program Management: Oversee learning programs ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Organize projects and activities in accordance with the strategy and goals and effectively utilize resources.Needs Analysis and Program Development: Conduct needs analysis to identify learning and development requirements. Develop and implement programs to address these needs and support business objectives.Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, adjusting as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with subject matter experts, Learning Experience Designers, leadership and other key stakeholders to develop and deliver high-quality learning experiences.Risk and Issue Management: Identify and manage risks and issues related to learning programs, ensuring corrective measures are implemented promptly.Budget Management: Manage budgets and operating plans for learning programs, ensuring efficient use of resources.Facilitation of Learning Sessions: Lead and facilitate engaging virtual learning sessions and enablement workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 2yrs experience in learning program management and/or trainer/facilitator roleStrong program management skills, with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technologies.Experience with budget management and resource allocation.Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Capability to work independently in a dynamic and challenging environment.Preferred Qualifications:Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, ATD).Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).Where we’re goingUKG is on the cusp of something truly special. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
