Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handles phone inquiries and meets company goals for appointment conversion
Inspects models and available units every day.
Communicates related service needs to maintenance supervisor.
Secures new resident’s signature(s) on appropriate paperwork prior to move-in. Orients new residents to community.
Answers questions for residents about community, repairs, rent, rules, etc.
Prepares lease and complete appropriate paperwork and give to Financial Administration Manager for input.
May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Reporting Relationships:Reports to Senior Property Manager.
Typical Skills and Experiences:
Education:High school diploma.
License/Designation/Certification:Apartment Management Designation such as National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) preferred.
Experience:Prior leasing or sales experience required.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills:Understands and aligns with fair housing laws along with state landlord tenant law. Customer service, marketing, closing, strong communicator, ability to self direct.
Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences may take precedence.

Working Conditions:Normal office environment and some weekends.
