Your background:You have documented experience working in IS/IT/ PLM system operations organizations and have a good understanding of IT operations and Product Lifecycle Management practices. You have experience with complex Product Lifecycle Management Systems, especially Teamcenter applications related to Engineering and a general understanding of Software Lifecycle Processes, end user support and process documentation.Experience as a people manager, or other relevant leadership experience with personnel responsibility.Knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems.Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment methodologies.Experience in Agile project management methodologies.Other experience in relevant area such as talent management, employee relations, human re-sources, team leading, company founding, start-up or scale-up, business administration, change management, process development, organizational management, staffing, business development, performance management, and/or similar.You have strong communication, social, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relation-ships with employees and management.Fluency in English, fluency in Swedish is qualifying.Knowledge of ITIL Best practices.Apply now
