Essential duties & responsibilities:Logistics OperationsMake sure of all warehouse processes are correctly, efficiently performed. (inbound, stockkeeping, outbound, delivery processes, In & Out process of non-conforming products and keep tracking of records)Lead annual & ad-hoc inventory-taking processes (incl. consignment) and make sure inventory information in ERP is up-to-dateComply with all logistics related laws and regulations.Service provider managementLead / support all Logistics service provider selection processes (3PL, outbound logistics, consignment stock management service provider, etc.)Monitor service provider performances with KPIs, and define areas to improve.Be updated of logistics market information, and make sure that SKL partners' service quality and costs are competitive against market players.Project / Process managementContinuously seek for improvement area and define and lead actions for optimization across all logistics flow.Manage standardized process documentation and make sure all processes are correctly described and well aligned with stakeholdersLogistics System Super Key UserBuild good knowledge material management module in JDE, and provide training, if required.Seek for system enhancement chances and lead communication with IT teams.* This position needs to visit our Warehouse in Gimpo 1 or 2 days a weekJob Requirement+12 years of working experience (or equivalent) and knowledge on SCM and international tradeWorking experience on Customer clearance(especially on import) is requiredOwn warehouse management experience is plus, 3PL selection/ implementation/ management experiences is minimal requirementsHands-on experience in ERP (JDE, SAP and BI ), MS programsISO Audit experience is plusGood analytic and quantitative skillsGood command of English written and spokenAbout StrykerStryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
