Honesty, reliability, curiosity, collaboration, and passion are the key to achieving our purpose.ResponsibilitiesPerform new CEC setup activitiesHMC controls, POR/IML, STP proceduresPerform CEC upgrades/migrationNew LPAR definition and workload migration from one CEC to anotherIO Config changes for storage server refreshParticipation in Project Planning meetings as technical expert for configuration issuesEnvision multiple alternative solutions and negotiate best possible choices.Work together with Performance & Capacity Management teams to ensure adequate resources are installed, allocated and available.Knowledge of all installs/deinstalls of all CPU/Network/I/O devices in the Mainframe environmentProvide recommendations to customers regarding backup and recovery considerationsProvide recommendations to customers regarding redundancy and high availability configuration
