What you’ll do:

Hold your team accountable for revenue quotas & KPIs

Understand industry trends and translate into strategic opportunities to drive the business

Work with leadership to put together accurate forecasts and quotas

Knowledge, skills & abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization (internally and externally)

Proven ability to drive the sales partner & advertiser process from plan to close

Strong business sense and industry expertise

Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in a related area of study.

8+ years of experience in media/advertising, managing a team, & in-depth knowledge of the China region and key advertising players

Experience working with compliance, legal, tax, & policy teams

Preferred qualifications:

Experience managing sales partners &/or agencies in China

Experience in managing a sales & account management team

Experience in managing revenue & expanding to different countries across China

Experience in export retail & gaming industry

Passionate about Snapchat and up for the challenge of building something from the ground up
