In this hands-on role, you will manage a team of engineers working on the latest version of our internal worker framework to address both new use cases and eventually replace legacy systems. Partnering with engineering teams around the company, you will help define the team’s roadmap and architectural design, shipping features that make it easier and faster for product teams to deliver value to our customers. We’re looking for an individual with a solid background in building distributed systems who wants to develop their management skills and grow this dynamic and fast-paced team working on a mission-critical set of services at the heart of Datadog’s infrastructure.
