Attracting, hiring and retaining dedicated individuals from all backgrounds is a key contributor to our ability to build immersive, shared experiences that improve and deepen positive human connection. As the Manager of the Recruiting Programs team, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the creation, delivery, and execution of our enablement and strategic hiring programs, ensuring they are scalable and aligned with Roblox’s growth objectives. In this role, you will lead a variety of initiatives, collaborate with recruiting team members, and work cross-functionally with partners across the business. This is an exciting opportunity to drive strategic initiatives, address complex problems, and make significant change within a dynamic and growing team. The Recruiting Programs team sits within the broader Recruiting Operations team and this role will report into the Head of Recruiting Operations.

The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.Annual Salary Range$192,840—$236,210 USD
